- Your Association Academic Coordinator will use the following criteria
to calculate the Overall Grade Point Average
- If report cards have a grade scale it will be used to convert grades. If
not, proof of grade conversion will be obtained by the school and
included with the application. The grade scale that most closely
reflects the grade system will be used.
- Final grade will be used if on report card.
- If final grades are not on the RC an average of all trimesters or
semesters shall be used. (rounded to 2 decimal places). They will not
round up

- Citizenship
- Conduct
- Study/Study Hall
- Make sure all signatures are included.
