Busses

All busses will be directed to the Elliott Alumni Center Lot. Signs will be posted along Main Street for bus flow. Busses will proceed past the Arena and take a left at the first set of traffic lights, Edgewood Road. They will proceed past the pool (on left) to Strafford Ave. Take a left on Strafford Ave and the Alumni Center parking lot is on the left. The morning session busses will drop-off their passengers who will be directed to the walkway to the rear arena entrance. Busses departing to pick-up their 2nd session participants will be directed out of the parking lot. If the busses are staying the Whittemore staff will direct them where to park in the main parking lot.

Upon arrival teams will assemble in the main lobby at the Hamel Recreation Facility entrance adjacent to the box office.  Please plan on arriving at least 1 ¼ hours before you are scheduled to perform. Early arrivals will be directed to their designated seating area (Sections 108 – 112 approx. 1200 seats) to wait for their scheduled warm-up.
