Information
The New Hampshire Youth
Football and Spirit Conference Cheerleading Competition will be held at the Whittemore Center in
Durham, NH on Saturday October 20th. The following information is
important for all coaches to review and be aware of before the
competition begins.
Insurance Forms
- Everyone should
have a copy of the insurance form in their books. Please make
sure you do and have it in the book on competition day just in
case of an accident. If you do not have a copy please see
you association president.
Bottled Water -
Bottled
water can be purchased by each association for their cheerleaders to
receive as they leave the competition floor. The bottled water can be
purchased using the Meal Order
Form. If you wish to purchase water for your cheerleaders then you
must purchase water for all the cheerleaders. The cost of the bottled
water is $1.25 per bottle.
Wrist Bands - All Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Cheer Coordinators, Presidents, Coach Trainees and Student Demonstrators must have a Wrist Band. Wrist bands will be issued at the October
9th coaches meeting. They are the only personnel allowed in the section where the cheerleaders will be seated. Remember Wrist Bands are for rostered personnel only.
Warm-Up Mats -
Regulation
size warm-up mats will be available in the warm-up area.
Music - All
coaches should bring their competition music and player for use in the
warm-up area.
Mitey Mites -
If anyone has a specific preference for the am or pm for their MM please
let Diane know immediately so she can put them in the order of
appearance and get that on the site as well. Any Mitey-Mite team that has music
in their routine, please remember to bring the music. Also, remember
their routine is only 1 minute long.
Special Foods Needs -
Any
child that has a medical condition such as Diabetes, etc requiring them
to bring a special food or snacks into the arena must make sure they
have a doctors note in the book and should also put a copy of it in the
container or bag that the food is in. A coach should also stay near the
child upon entering incase any questions arise.
