2026 Application Process

Applicant Process

Gather all the required documents listed below prior to submitting the application. In the event you are waiting for proof of an addendum, you may return to the active submission form or email it to your association coordinator prior to the deadline to upload the documentation.

Upload all required documents.

• 2025-2026 Full school report card

  • (All Academic Submissions with GPA of 90% or higher.)

  • Must have athletes full name on it.

  • Must be the final report card of the 2025-2026 school year

  • If a grade scale was included on a separate page, include this as well.

  • If schools changed mid-year and the grades were not added on new school report card, please upload both.

• Supporting documentation for each involvement in Academic Achievements and Extracurricular Activities listed below in each Addendum section.

  • (Academic Submissions with GPA of 96% or higher)

  • Must submit 2 or more involvements.

  • AP courses are generally on the report card and do not require additional proof.

  • Supporting documentation can be a letter on agency letterhead or an email from the agency with contact information.

  • Copy of Certificate or Award received

NHYFSC Review and Selection Process

Once the application has been submitted on this form, our Academic Coordinator will review each applicant’s submission per the below:

Calculate all the applicants’ GPAs per the below criteria.

• Final numerical grade is listed on the report card, this will be used.

• Non-Numerical grades will be converted utilizing the grade scale listed on the report card or attached to the report card.

• If no grade scale is provided, we will use the grade scale that most closely reflects the grade system used.

  • We have collected many grade scales from schools throughout NH over the years.

• Quarter or Trimester grades are only listed we will average of all marking terms. (rounded to 2 decimal places). We will not round up.

• All subjects on the report card will be included except Behavior, Conduct, and Effort.
